Hi Nic,

The example layout should be in section 10.2 on page 29 of the datasheet. The detailed layout guidelines are on the previous page (pg. 28).

Hi Donovan,

I mean the one that is similar with below picture. Page 29 didn't give the dimensions of the layout. And page 35&36 just give the dimensions of pads.

I think it is just pad dimensions instead of layout, right?

Hi Donovan,

I think it is just the dimensions of pads. Layout size should be larger than pads. Customer requires us to provide a layout that is similar with the picture I posted before. Could you check with your team and provide one?
