Dear Expert,

I confirmed the data sheet P3 Electrical Characteristics of DS 75176 BTMX.
The value of VOH is 2.7 V (min), but what is the value of the applied voltage range of the actual VOH value?

    Hello Fukuzawa-san,

    This value is typically close to the VCC voltage, but it will decrease as the output current increases due to finite output impedance of the TTL driver.
    The minimum value occurs when the output current from the pin is 400 uA and the VCC voltage is at its minimum value of 4.75 V. No other voltages are applied to the pin since this is an output voltage specification. I hope I have answered your question, but please let me know if I have mis-interpreted what you need.
