I think the attached circuit is as reference so no issue but I would like you to review DS80PCI402 circuit. Please let me know if there is an issue in the circuit.
DS80PCI402 is used SMBus slave mode.
Power is 2.5V.
Signal is not PCIe signal. 3.125Gbps.
SMBus address is assumed B0.
