What specifically are you referring to when you say CML? Have you reviewed the DS90UH925 datasheet that provides info on CML driver and the related specs?

UB925 is one serializer, it has NO CMLOUT pin. For high speed I/O knowledge, you can see app. notes in TI's website on CML, LVDS and LVPECL, VML, etc.
