Can I split one RS232 output signal into two signals? [duplicate]

i want to send the data one rs232 to two diffeent rs232 levels ?

i want to recive the data two rs232 levels to one rs 232 ?

with out using controller it is possible?

RS-232 is an electrical specification. Do you have a signal that uses RS-232 voltage levels, or do you have a logic (TTL or CMOS) signal?

Why do you have "RS-485" in your tags? Does "two different RS-232 levels" actually mean the differential RS-485 signal?

actually this is my requirement
1. A pc send the data ,split into two pc's like B and C
and two B and C pc's send the data to first pc?
How can i achieve ?

B AND C Send the data at a time data will be collapse that's why i want to maintain the some delay ? How to maintain time delay? I am correct or not ?

It is not possible to implement such a delay without software that understands the protocol.
