DS92LV1224: About unstably Rout by ambient temperature

Hello,

Regarding to DS92LV1224TMSAX/NOPB, my customer is asking some question.

 

They are facing a problem that Rout is unstably by ambient temperature(TA).

And they confirmed that this problem is occurred exceed about 45℃(TA).

Also they tried to capture with oscilloscope but when the probe is contacted on Rout pin,

this problem is disappeared.

They are wondering why this problem is disappeared by contacted probe.

I think that it is difficult to give comment and advice without signal wave capture.

If possible, could you please give us comment or opinion about possible cause?

    Hi Tao2199,

    What is the status on LOCK* pin? Is it random lock? Is it happen on all LV1224 samples? Can you elaborate more on the unstable activities on ROUT pins? If possible, please send the block diagram/schematic and supporting collaterals to me at dennis.wu@ti.com
