Hi,

I have a camera that outputs FPD III (DS90ub913), and I need to interface a display that contains the DS90UR906Q-Q1.

(Currently the ds90ub913 is connected to ds90ub914).

I suppose I can not connect them (913 to 906) directly. could I?!

if not, I was thinking to add an adaptor board in between.

Does that should work?

Hi Alon,

Unfortunately, the data format between the DS90UB913A-Q1/914A-Q1 and the DS90UR905Q-Q1/906Q-Q1 are not compatible. Even trying to add an adapter board between the two will not fix the data incompatibility. The display containing the DS90UR906Q-Q1 is compatible with the DS90UR905Q-Q1, DS90UB925Q-Q1, and DS90UR241-Q1.

Hi Alon,

Are you required to use the camera with the DS90UB913 serializer and the display with the DS90UR906Q-Q1 deserializer? Or, do you have flexibility to use other devices and components? As stated earlier, if these 2 devices are required, they have incompatible data formats to operate correctly together.
