Hello SHH,

This operation could be performed by TLK10xxx family. Please take a look into the TLK10232 (XAUI to 10GBASE-KR, 10G General Purpose) or TLK10022 (Aggregator) that are able to interface with SFP+ optical modules. Once, you get more information about their application we could get a better feedback.
