DP83867IR: How to check crossed pin number of cable

I would like to know how to check crossed pin number of UTP Cable and don't understand operation theory of below contents that is described in datasheet.

[The DP83867 can record up to five reflections within the tested pair. If more than 5 reflections are recorded, the DP83867 saves the first 5 of them. If a cross fault is detected, the TDR saves the first location of the cross fault and up to 4 reflections in the tested channel.]

Please let me have detail explain or documents of the cross fault.

Please use the DP83822 TDR application note to understand how to use the register fields to measure the cross fault distance.

I had read the application note of the DP83822 for TDR function.

When the channels are crossed as below, How to check the pin 1 of PHY line is connectecd to the pin 3 of partner?

Is the A channel TD+(TX PIN1), TD- (RX PIN2) or TD+(TX PIN1), RD+(RX PIN3) in PHY side?

Hi,

TDR General Status (TDR_GEN_STATUS), Address 0x01A4 has fields to indicate channel on which cross detected.

After the cross of channels is detected, I want know the crossed pin number of between DP83867 and Partner.

The channel cross is several case as below. I don't know the cross case by use the address 0x01A4.

please help me how to indicate the cross case.
