RTOS/DS125BR820: DS125BR820 trace routing impedance

Hi Sir

We know trace routing impedance is 100 ohm in DS125BR820 spec.

But we want to design 85 ohm on new application. Is it possible?

Do you have other experience for 85 ohm  design on DS125BR820? If yes, could you share it with me?
