SN75DP149: output pin swap to DVI connector

Part Number: SN75DP149

Hi,

Just doing some test layout work to check the pinout. I notice that the 75DP149 outputs are backwards with reference to the DVI connector. I am using this connector as I need to analog outputs as well.

Q1) The swap function on the DP149 only applies to the input pins correct, so no use to me here ?

Q2) I can get much better results if I swap lanes D0 and D2. Does the DP149 care about the content of each of the data lines?

This is what I'm looking at :

SOURCE D0  -> D2 DP149 D2 -> DVI D0

SOURCE D1 -> D1 DP149 D1 -> DVI D1

SOURCE D2  -> D0 DP149 D0 -> DVI D2

Ideally I would move the CLK channel as well, but I guess that's not possible. Any layout example for a DVI connector?

Thanks,

Mike
