TUSB2036: Circuit change point of three port use of USB

Hello.

I used TUSB2036 with two ports of USB before.
This time, I would like to use it with three ports of USB.

I think that it is necessary to change the NP3-pin from High to Low.

Please let me know if there are any other points to change.
