SN75DP130: Power down sequence

I checked the datasheet. I understood about power on sequence.
About power down sequence, it is only mentioned " Do assert RSTN before VCC remove".
How about the interval between assert RSTN an VCC remove?

I checked the subsection 9.3.1 on the datasheet.
I want to confirm " It doesn't matter" you say.
When the customer use external capacitor controlled RSTN, it is impossible to
assert RSTN before VCC remove. So, it doesn't matter with assert RSTN and VCC remove same time.
Is my understanding correct?
