In the datasheet Figure 21 it shows short-to-bat setup with 1-meter cable and 22mF capacitor.

May I know the 22mF discharge time to TPD2S703 data lines? Is the discharge time 200ns?

What do you mean by 22mF discharge time?

Are your refering to TPS2S703-Q1 OVP resposne time? It's from VD+ detect OVP to FET turn off. Usually take 200ns.
