    Hey Lilian,

    For PCA9306 it would be best to have a pull down resistor tied to the EN pin and then tie a GPIO pin from a mcu/FPGA/master to the EN. This way the PCA9306 will be powered off until the master enables it back on.

    I would also recommend that GPIO voltage be greater than or atleast equal to the lowest of the two (Vref1 or Vref2).
