Sorry to bother, for customer monitor IC version request.
I need make sure revision ID of DS90UB947 & DS90UB948

about DS90UB947
In 947' datasheet, 0X0D default value is 0x00 but description show production device: 0010, So Revision ID is 0010( address 0x0D is 0x20), right??

about DS90UB948
I can't find revision ID value in datasheet, how can I get it??

Hi,
For UB948, please check reg 0x1D[7:4] if needed. But we would suggest that you can check the data code in the cover of UB948 to understand whether UB948 is last or not. thanks

Hi, Steven：

We know revision ID can't read form 0x1D[7:4], but customer need the default vale of this register.

They wanna double check that DS90UB947 Revision ID default value is 0010.DS90UB947 Revision ID default value is 0010, right?

Another question, DS90UB947 & DS90UB948 has different Revision ID if they has different data code, Am I right??

Hi,
The rev. ID is temporary code. maybe it will be changed in future. so customer can't use this to identify the part.
You can check the 0xF0~0xF5 in d/s which is not changed for specific part.
