yes, it is typo. the UI means the FPD-Link's rate, you can refer to: for CSI2 mode, 1UI = 1 / (CSI_Freq. x 10).

e.g., if CSI-Freq is 400MHz (CSI2 rate per lane is 800Mbps), 1UI is 1 / 400 / 10 =250ps.
