It isn't exactly clear what happens to the SPI pins after the firmware has been loaded from the flash chip. Do these pins to into a high impedance state? Does the TPS65986 need to be held in reset? The reason for my question is that I will be using a flash programmer (Aardvark) to program the flash chip and I just want to make sure that I can properly talk to the SPI flash chip without the TPS65986 interfering.
