The datasheet shows "The power supplies may be ramped simultaneously".

The power supplies may be ramped simultaneously. If sequenced, VDD33 should be first, either by itself or with VDDIO (1.8V or 3.3V) or VDD12, with the other rail(s) following in any order.

So my customer tried to ramp the power supplies simultaneously however actual waveforms in his system shows the following because of load condition of each supplies. 
Is the waveform acceptable for DS90UB940-Q1?
