DS90UB914A-Q1: difference between Bit error and parity error in forward channel

Part Number: DS90UB914A-Q1

Hi team,

I wondering what is the difference between the bit error in forward channel, which will make loss of LOCK, with the parity error in forward channel?

Since I found that even there are lot of parity error in 0x1A/0x1B register, but the LOCK just keep high.

what is the definition about bit error and parity error?
