    Hello SHH,

    Device implementation looks correct. Can you ask them to elaborate on what they mean when they say the device "sometimes cannot work properly"?
    Have they checked signal integrity on these USB lines?
    Those 0 ohm resistors on the USB lines may produce some impedance discontinuity, so I would recommend avoiding them if possible.
