We have high failure at functional test for either color, black and white, or color+ black and white on a multiple run and don't know if it is a process issue or component issue. As far as process, I used 4mil stencil then 5 mil stencil (on this - I used per your spec. sheet for the aperture), WS LF paste, wash process. On the first kit of 210 board ran with 4 mil stencil- 33 tested and 29 failed, second kit of 5 boards with 5 mil stencil- 4 passed and 1 failed with black and white. Third kit of 15 boards - 1 failed with black and white and the last kit of 30 boards with 7 failed - 5 with color, 1 with black and white, 1 with color and black and white.
