I plan on using the SN65LVDT14PW (20 pin TSSOP, PW package) in a space application. To properly predict the temperature, I need the junction to board thermal resistance. Can you please provide this?

Hi Tom,

SN65LVDT14PW is not space qualified. Are you actually looking thermal model for SN65LVDT14-EP (SN65LVDT14QPWREP)?

Please confirm this. It will take couple of days for the results.

Tom,

It means the device has not been tested under harsh space environmental conditions. Usually, electronic devices for space applications need to be radiation-hardened and also have to operate over a wider temperature range.
