DP83867IR RBIAS issue:

Please claify that voltage at RBIAS should remain constant 1.0V after booting also or will go off to 0V later.

In my board RBIAS voltage I am getting 1.04V when board boots and later goes off to 0V.

Also put some light on functionality of RBIAS resistor.

    Hi Vikrant,

    Sleep modes may cause the RBIAS voltage to drop to 0V. What conditions are you seeing the RBIAS voltage drop low?


    The RBIAS resistor has a voltage created by a bandgap circuit. The RBIAS resistor then sets up an accurate current that is used in line driver of the DP83867IR.
