Let me confirm about below.

* When user only use slave address 0x60 (8'b0 : 0xC0), is following setting available ?

    Hi,

    Generally recommended values in datasheet are typical, and based on validation results. But,in this case only, if you only use slave address 0x60 (8'b0 : 0xC0), it is OK to directly tie IDx pins to GND, which could eliminate the 10k ohm resistors as well.
