P-ch FET is used as discharge circuit on Fig.2 of the datasheet as below.
Though I think that N-ch FET is mot appropriate than P-ch FET, what about it ?

Hi Kuramuchi,
The N-ch FET is the best solution. With a P-ch FET (your current case) the ID pin will discharge the VBUS circuit when ID='1' (device attachment). With a N-ch FET when ID='0' (no device attachment) the circuit will be discharged that is our objective for this kind of application, in DFP is for security and UFP application is mandatory to protect the system.
