Hello TI,May I know TUSB546 under which condition we need reserved 2M resistor to GND? Looks EVM no reserved. Why?

    Hello,

        The EVM has no pull-down resistors on SBU lines because it was designed for debug and evaluation purposes only. The 2M value is intended to be higher than the minimum spec when the port is connected to a UFP that also has these PD resistors

    From the Type-C spec: "The SBU pins on a port shall either be open circuit or have a weak pull-down to ground  no stronger than zSBUTermination", this pull-down must be > 950 kΩ.
