To support the PSR function, could you please help tell us what should be set for SN65DS86?

Besides, For PSR function, what requirement for the GPU and eDP?

Hello John,

A PSR info must be sent to panel via the AUX interface. DSI86 doesn't need to be configured to transmits video commands over the main link. Since the DSI86 is a MIPI DSI bridge to eDP, it's the responsibility of the GPU to send these commands. Customer will need to refer to eDP spec to know specifically what needs to be written and what order.

Please, refer to the 8.4.5.9 section of the device datasheet.
