DS110DF410: About TEMP-LOCK parameter

Hi Kato-san,

The DS110DF410 Temp_Lock parameter indicates the temperature range where the CDR is able to maintain lock. Since the temperature range in the datasheet shows that the CDR is able to maintain lock when cycling the temperature from -5C to +85C, the temp lock range is 90C.

Thank you for your reply. I understand Temp lock parameter. However, the ambient temperature of the  recommended operating conditions is from -40C to 85C. Then, our customer will use DS110DF410 under the temperature. how do I think it from -40C to -5C for CDR lock ? Is the CDR able to maintain lock when cycling the temperature from -40C to -5C?
