DS90UB954-Q1: Coax Cable Return Loss and Insertion Loss Requirement

Hello Team,

In the application note "What you need to know about high-speed cables for FPD-Link III SerDes", it addresses the connector and cable requirement when using FPDLINK. Impedance continuity, Insertion loss and return loss are what we should pay careful attention to.

I saw in DS90UB954-Q1 datasheet there is trace return loss and insertion loss in Table 223. Suggested Characteristics for Single-Ended PCB Traces With Attached PoC Networks.

But I cannot find DS90UB954-Q1 the cable loss requirement for coax cable when using using DS90UB953-Q1.

For instance, with sync mode and external oscillator 25MHz at 954, 953 FC data rate is 25MHz x 160 = 4Gbps.

What is insertion loss and return loss requirement at 2GHz for above system?
