Our customer use the TFP410 with HDMI application.

Is this device compliant to HDMI source (N100) specification?

Hello Naoki,
Yes. HDMI and DVI signals are identical. Note that HDMI 1.3 supports >165MHz pixel clock for extra high resolutions, whereas DVI supports <165Mhz.

Hello Naoki,

What do you mean by passing the compliance? If you refer to pixel rate. HDMI support up to 340MHz but our device support up to 165MHz which is the supported rate in HDMI 1.0

Sorry, my poor knowledge about DVI and HDMI.
The customer want to get HDMI license using the TFP410.
So I ask you is there any information about the HDMI compliance test.

Hello Naoki,

We do not have information about HDMI compliance test. However, as the datasheet states the TFP410 is DVI 1.0 compliant. In the other hand, for example, the HDMI spec 1.4 states that all the HDI sinks shall be compatible with DVI 1.0 compliant source. I suggest you referring to the HDMI spec and taking a look at the compatibility with DVI section.
