    Tuyen,

    The PCI2040's interface was designed to interface to the Host Processor Interface (HPI) of the TI C5xxx DSPs - it also works with some C6xxx.

    I would recommend you compare the interface spec (especially section 3.5) in the data sheet with the interface options on your ARM processor.
