Hi Team,

There are two devices supporting IEEE1588 H/W time stamps in our lineup, DP83630 and DP83640.

Could you tell me the differences in their features?

And which device should we recommend now?

Hello Takashi,

DP83630 is QFN package (7x7mm) and DP83640 is QFP package (9x9mm). Same features supported by both devices so you can recommend device based on customer preference for package option.
