XIO2001: can't connect with PC, BIOS or EEPROM issue?

We are using XIO2001 to do a bridge card, about the XIO2001 part, we copy your EVM schematic, but when connect with PC, it can't be recognized.

we don't do the BIOS setting and also we don't mount the EEPROM.

Can you help give us some suggestion?

Could you please provide us your schematic and layout files so we can take a look on them?

Ara you using a Skylake system?

Hi Roberto,

Thanks for your support.

We use XIO2001 bridge card connect the main board, the chipset is QM87, also in this system. you can refer the attached file, the system block.

I save the schematic as PDF, but it seems not very easy to check , the XIO2001 is U7 in Page 8.

I will give you the real layout file later.

I upload the PCB file, you can open the PCB folder and check the file pcb.pcb

the CAD software we use is Mentor Graphics PCB VIEWER.
