DS90UB953-Q1 has 4 GPIO. Can I use them to transmit MP3 to UART?

Hi,
To use GPIO, it would depend on the compression and data rate. Please refer to 953 datasheet section 7.3.6.4 and 7.3.6.5 for max GPIO frequency through forward channel and back channel.
It should be doable, but this is not a functionality we test for. Further evaluation is recommended if you would like to implement this.
