    Yaita-san,

    There are many passive FET switches that can be used in CAN applications but we need to understand the parameters of your CAN signal to make the appropriate selection.

    Would you please provide us with your desired configuration? 1:1, 2:1, 4:1, etc

    How many integrated systems would you like in your system?

    What is the voltage level of your CAN signal?

    What is the bandwidth or datarate of your CAN signal signal.

    I aslo found this e2e thread searching for CAN switch in the switches and multiplexers e2e forum.

    Thank you for your support.

    My customer is looking for analog switch that can be used for CAN Termination (120Ω termination) as the following.
    The voltage level of CAN signal is -2V～7V.
    In addition, he also wants automotive grade(-Q1) device.



    Is there any analog switch that meets requirements above?

    What do you think about the TS12A4515? This device can pass signals up to Vcc which can be 12 V. The only thing I'm not sure about how you would reference the IC since the TS12A4515 device cannot pass negative voltages.

    I believe it is required signals can support at least -2V～7V and automotive grade (-Q1) device.
