Can we adjust pre-emphasis level by HW setting? It seems can only adjust by I2C, right?

Hello Daniel,

Unfortunately, this device doesn't have this option. The pre-emphasis can only be adjusted by I2C as you said.

Thank you for support.

After we increase pre-emphasis amplitude (15h write 10), we face a "Non-Transition Voltage Range Measurement (Swing 0/1/2)" item fail.

According to datasheet description on 15h: VOD increased by 10% if pre-emphasis is disabled.

The Swing value should be affected by VOD, but why it is affected by modifying pre-emphasis amplitude when pre-emphasis is enabled.

In this case, it depends on the bits 4:3 configuration to modify if you increase or decrease the level and it is affected for the pre-emphasis effect, try to take a look at a signal with pre-emphasis effect.
