Processor Fabrication: 100,000 Transistors, 100,000 Resistors, 6,400 Pins. Costs?

I'm currently developing a multi-core processor and hopefully it will require fabrication.

Can someone(preferably TI) estimate the cost/s involved in my request?

A cost table of technology and chip count would be very welcome.
