on our project we developed PCB with tusb7320 and blank eeprom. currently we would like to program the eeprom. need some tool that can do it. preferred on windows 10

I received the tool and trying to use it under windows 10 and windows 7. on the first step i put some value to one of writable registers and hit the write button.

it looks like the value is written. moreover if i put oscilloscope prob on data and clock lines on eeprom i see the signals.

however after restart the utility shows again blank eeprom.

where i'm doing wrong?

Hello Leonid,

We observed this behavior when the EEPROMs are damaged, could you please verify your EEPROM is working correctly? Also please note this tool is provided for test purposes.
