It occur communication failure and FEC correctable error.

What should the customer check?

What information do you need to investigate the cause of issue?

Hi Naoki,

Please refer to Bringup procedure that Dennis attached. As well, if you could provide more information about their application (10GBASE-KR, 10G or 1GX mode, if the device is interfacing with optical modules, etc.)
