Hi Hugo,

You already have access to the necessary mySecureSoftware site (TPS65983-DESIGN) which hosts the Thunderbolt 3 FW for both the TPS65983 silicon and TPS65983B Silicon.

I still don't see TPS65983B total data link in MySecure Software.

Hi Hugo,

You should see the TPS65983-DESIGN in your mySecureSoftware as shown below. This covers both TPS65983ACZQZR and TPS65983BAZQZR.

For your Thunderbolt 3 device designs launch the GUI tool found in this folder and select your Thunderbolt 3 Device Reference design from the available templates.

As a reminder both Alpine Ridge and Titan Ridge reference designs (and their templates/FW) can be run on a TPS65983B. We will be adding in the Titan Ridge Reference design support soon.

Hi Hugo,

The FW you need that can run on the TPS65983B is in the "TPS65983 Application Customization" tool there is not a separate tool for TPS65983B. Alpine Ridge FW is already present and Titan Ridge FW will be available shortly in an update.

Hi Evan,

The latest FW is updated on a quarterly basis and released on the secure folder that you now have access to. Please check in the secure folder for the latest releases of the FW.
