TMDS171: Case Temperature

Hi,

What are the concerns about the electrical characteristics if the case temperature is more than 92.7℃ ?
Could you please give me your advice if there are the degradation of gain, the decrease of data rate, the deterioration of jitter performance and so on ?

Hello Kato

We do not recommend this Temperature level because the device presents different kinds of wrong behaviors. We don't have a report with a specific behavior but you have to consider to respect our recommended levels.
