LMH0318: LMH0318 Driving cablity

Yes, with the LMH0318, it is possible to use both OUT0+ and OUT0- polarities to route to separate 75-Ohm cables.

OUT1+ and OUT1- should only be used for 100-Ohm differential media, such as differential PCB traces or SFP+ copper attachments.

If you are looking for a dual cable driver, I recommend taking a look at the LMH1208. This way, you will be able to make use of two individual SDI cable driver outputs rather than fan-out the polarities of just one output.

Can LMH0318 readout the Date Rate?

If LMH0318 does not be programed, only power on and completely default state.
Can I use the function directly? Now we have a MCU writes to the register when power on, and the customer wants to remove the MCU.

The second question is whether the input attenuator can be removed? Is the input attenuator required? Customers want the attenuator to be removed to reduce cost.

For the LMH0318, we highly recommend using with an MCU. This is because the device requires an initialization sequence, which can only be provided by MCU progrmaming.

I am not sure I understand what you mean by an input attenuator. This is not something we typically see on boards with our device. Is this an external device, and do you have an example to clarify what the customer is requesting?
