I have a question about DP83822I.
When searching the external oscillator(25MHz), should I think about Jitter(short term)?
In the datasheet of DP83822, jitter(short term) value is typical 50[ps].
There are no Max/Min value for the jitter(short term).
Should I choose the oscillator which jitter(short term) is less than 50[ps]?
Or, if choosing oscillator which jitter(long term) is less than 1[ns],
will the jitter(short term) of oscillator be about typical 50[ps] and don't need to think about the jitter(short term)?
If yes, I just need to choose the oscillator which jitter(logn term) is less than 1[ns]
and I don't need to think about jitter(short term), is it correct?
