TIL313 Old 7-Segment Display Datasheet

I have an old 7-segment display from a game I took apart and it is clearly a Texas Instruments part but I entered the part number (TIL313) in the search box to see if anything would come up but nothing did. I was wondering if anyone had a datasheet that would helpful. It is a red 0.30" display in a 14 or 16 pin 0.3" DIP format with 8 or 10 pins centered between the two ends on each side of the package. Thanks for any help you can give me!

Hi Andy,

Normally I would direct you to Rochester Electronics as they are the authorized distributor for many obsolete TI devices, and they also have the datasheets: www.rocelec.com/ . However, in this case, the TIL313 is 40 years old, Rochester does not have it.

If you are just curious about how the TIL313 works, perhaps a web search will yield some results.

Andy,

I found out the TIL313 is common cathode with right decimal point. I strongly suspect that the matching common anode, TIL312, is the same pinout. TIL312 does have image hits with pinout. I don't want to post links to external images. So try TIL312 image search yourself.
