On the ISO5852S-Q1 when a DESAT fault occurs, the driver enables a soft turn-off. How does the soft turn off work? What is the Soft turn-off resistance (by the external Roff and internal FET) and can it be change?

Hi David,
In case of DESAT protection, a current source is generated inside the driver IC to discharge the gate capacitance of the power transistor. The impedance of the current source is around 60ohm (typical value).
