TSU6111: default mode change the switch connect to UART with factory mode

Could we set the TSU6111 to Factory Mode Cable - Boot On UART with resitstor that 619K when power on with hardware function for default mode design.

Yes, as long as VBus is not being supplied, device configuration will be performed in accordance to the impedance on the ID pin. In your case, 619K should default to "Factory Mode Cable - UART"
