SN65LVDS93A: Can‘t not recognize CLKOUT when input CLK OK

Dear TI engineers,

     I use SN65LVDS93A, the input part TFT_LCD_CLK and TFT_LCD_HS, TFT_LCD_VS are all, the CLKOUT of LVDS can not be recognized, the following is our circuit diagram, please help us to analyze the problems .thank you.
