We need HDMI to VGA converter ic with 1x1 channel or 2x2 channel.

Thanks for using the TI E2E Forums. In answer to you inquiry, TI does not make a HDMI to VGA converter IC. Adapter cables or dongles are available and you can find those via a Google search using keywords "HDMI to VGA". You can also Google with keywords "HDMI to VGA IC" to find devices made by other manufacturers. See https://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/videoconverters/f/376/t/455329 for more. TI does make HDMI switches that can be found here http://www.ti.com/interface/hdmi-dvi-dp-mipi/retimers-redrivers-equalizers-and-switches-muxes/products.html#p1389=HDMI if you are interested in those.
