DS250DF410: prbs generation rate and clock source

Hello,

I begun to work with ds250df410EVM.

1. What should be the ratio between the output PRBS rate and the input clock ?

2. I want to generate PRBS signal in 16 Gbps.

 how do I generate it ? what input clock it shold get ?

    1. If using 1010 clock pattern for the input signal, the frequency can be divide by 1,2,4,8, or 16 of the full rate frequency
    2. The DS250DF410 does not support 16 Gbps rate in retimed mode. The data rate range supported is 20.6Gbps to 25.8Gbps full rates plus divide by 2 and 4 sub-rates of this range
